A little about me...

Let me introduce myself...  I'm Diane, I'm the "me" in Mavis & Me.  Mavis Is my mom, who always encouraged me to sew.  She was my biggest fan!  Even though she is no longer with us, I am taking her with me on this creative journey.

I love to create and design products by upcycling or repurposing fabrics.  Thrift stores are treasure troves of materials with often unseen potential.  Saturday mornings shopping with my bestie and a cup of coffee is where the magic starts!
